The optional module of Hot Folders, is used for the ingestion of video through file. The system supports a large number of video formats such as: xdcam, avi, mov, mp4, mpeg2ts, mkv, etc. To make the ingestion, you just have to place the video in a folder and the system will automatically index it or it can also be done from a Web upload. With this it is not necessary that the system ingests the content through a camera or a video signal, but allows to work with material previously recorded by another device.
